I wanted to do a Best of the Best post last year but my mother had hip surgery and time just got away from me so I decided what better way to cap off 2020 than to have a Best of the Best in my readings here at Padme's Library to help combat all the misery that the year chucked at us. I have chosen what I felt was my(and trust me it was a hard decision) absolute Best Read of 2020, Audiobook listen, as well as the Best Short Story/Novella, Best Historical, Best Mystery, Best Paranormal, Best Comedic, and the Best Sport reads. These were the hardest choices I made when it came down to it. Choosing my Best ofs is always difficult but when I decided to make a Time Capsule 2020 with the Best of the Best then it really became nerve-wracking, mind-boggling, time-consuming but definitely worth it because it also made me realize just how many great stories and character journeys I experienced this past year despite my reading mojo being out of whack.
