Summary:
Word-slinger. Purveyor of truth. Jaded heart.

By day, Felix Franklin is an investigative journalist. By night, he produces Sinister in Savannah, an investigative podcast, with his two best friends. Felix’s life revolves around three principles: fortune favors the bold, honesty is everything, and love is for schmucks.

The podcast is back to investigate allegations that a local businessman is dabbling in money laundering. On the surface, everything about Cameron Spencer, aka The Auto King, appears to be perfect. The trio of trouble quickly learns all that glitters is not gold. Seeking the truth will challenge Felix’s convictions and put his life in grave danger. The biggest threat to his well-being isn’t an unknown villain; it’s the reappearance of his first and only love.

Jude Arrow had it all: great looks, charming personality, and a lucrative career as Atlanta’s hottest news anchor. So, why had he recently relocated to Savannah? When the two reporters are forced to work together, Felix will get a chance to ask him. The answer will stun Felix until he remembers not to believe anything that comes out of the heartbreaker’s pretty mouth.

Love and hate are two sides of the same coin and just as conflicting as the battle of wills that ensues. Will the chip on Felix’s shoulder save him from trusting Mr. Wrong or ruin his chances with Mr. Perfect?

Sinister in Savannah series is a fictional podcast exploring the city’s most nefarious crimes with Southern-fried snark. The books explore friendship, love, loss, and the irrepressible human spirit. Mr. Perfect is book two of three. While each book is written about a different couple, the series should be read in order due to continuing storylines. Sinister in Savannah is an LGBT romantic suspense series with mature language and sexual content intended for adults eighteen and older.

Felix held up his hand. He didn’t want to hear another lie from Jude's beautiful lips. “Just shut up. I’ve heard enough of your fake apology to last me a lifetime.”

“It wasn’t a fake apology. It just wasn’t the one you wanted to hear,” Jude argued, crossing his arms over his massive chest. The move pulled his dress shirt tighter over his bulging biceps.

Goddamned sexy bastard.

Felix quirked a brow. “Okay, we’ll call it a non-apology then. How does that work for you?”

“A non-apology?” Jude asked. “What the hell is that?”

“When someone does or says something horrible to you, and you call them out on their bullshit. Instead of saying, ‘I’m sorry I hurt you,’ the loser pops off with ‘I’m sorry your feelings are hurt.’ That is not the same thing at all. It’s implying the person who’s hurt is the one at fault. It’s victim-blaming, and I hate it.”

Jude clamped his jaw so tightly that Felix was surprised he didn’t hear his teeth cracking under the strain. His nostrils flared as he worked to calm himself. After a long, awkward staredown, Jude relaxed his jaw and tersely said, “You’re an idiot.”
Felix chuckled; the sound filled with disdain. “You’ll have to find harsher insults to throw me off my game, Arrow.”

Blog Tour: Road to You by Jaclyn Quinn

Title: Road to You
Author: Jaclyn Quinn
Series: Beyond the Cove #5
Genre: M/M Romance
Release Date: September 8, 2020

Summary:
Parker Wilson has the life he’s always wanted: an apartment in Brighton Pier, amazing family and friends, and a job he loves. With the invitation to his childhood best friend’s engagement party, the safe haven he’s created around himself is soon flooded with memories of the past. The roadblock he’s taken years detouring soon becomes a reality he can no longer avoid. After six years, Parker will have to see Sarah’s brother again—the only man he’s ever truly loved.

After running away from the truth and moving to Boston, Jason Maxwell must finally face Parker again—and the guilt he’s felt for leaving Parker all those years ago. Confronting the man who changed everything Jason thought he knew about himself, Jason realizes the miles he’s put between them hasn’t diminished what Parker means to him. Now, with the undeniable way he feels about Parker, Jason is determined to finally make things right.

Can a second chance finally land Jason and Parker on the path to happiness they’ve waited years for, or will they discover the final destination is actually the end of the

Parker glanced down at Jason’s hand grasping his forearm then lifted brutal, cold eyes back up, pinning Jason where he stood. Abruptly, Jason let go but stepped in between Parker and the door. “Please, can we talk? Just for a minute?” Had he ever felt so terrified and desperate in his entire life?

“You’re about six years too late to talk,” Parker deadpanned.

“I know. I’m so sorry, Parker. I never should have done that.”

“You made that pretty obvious in that letter—if a few pathetic sentences could even count as a letter. So, if that’s all you have to say, don’t worry. I got that extremely loud and painfully clear.”

Jason sidestepped again to block Parker from leaving, his bigger frame making Parker look up. Jason’s body thrummed being this close to him, catching him off guard. Everything about this day wasn’t what he’d expected.  “No, I mean I never should’ve left you there.” Holy shit, this was spiraling out of control. He’d wanted to apologize but, instead, desperation clawed as he tried to keep Parker right here with him. “I...I got—”

“It doesn’t matter. I’ve moved on. I’m not the same person you left in North Carolina. I had an incredibly long and eye-opening bus ride back to Jersey, and I left all that other shit behind.” He waved his hand in front of Jason with disgust. “So, this whole apology is a waste of time. We’ll smile our smiles for Sarah and then go our separate ways again. Don’t worry about me. Don’t think about me. I stopped thinking about you a long time ago—the second you cut me out of your life without a backward glance.” The harsh glare Parker pinned him with made Jason swallow the lump forming in his throat.

As Parker pushed past him to go back into the restaurant, Jason’s heart thundered: for the words just said, for the words left unsaid, and most of all because he still knew Parker Wilson better than Parker wanted him to.

And he knew when Parker was lying.

I have been an artist from a very young age. From drawing cartoon characters and evolving into portraits, making jewelry, photography, and now writing. I have an amazing support system in my family and friends and couldn’t be more grateful.

I live in central New Jersey, love summers at the Jersey Shore, rock music, wine, sexy men, and laughing a lot with my amazing friends and family. Sunday dinners at my parents’ house are crazy, hysterical and you can count on a movie quote…or ten…being thrown out. Insults between siblings is how we show our love for each other!

When I’m not creating, you can find me reading books from my favorite authors. I’m a hopeless romantic, starving for passionate characters and always craving that happy ending, whether in reading or in writing my own books.

🎧Audiobook Tour🎧: Too Good to Be True by AE Via

Title: Too Good to Be True
Author: AE Via
Series: Blue Moon #1
Genre: M/M Romance, BDSM, Adult Themes
Audiobook Release Date: August 25, 2020
ebook Release Date: November 21, 2013
Narrator: Tim Paige
Audio Publisher: Tantor Media

Summary:
Angel DeLucca is one of the most sought after gay bachelors in Virginia Beach. He's smart, successful, lethal, and more than anything he's drop dead gorgeous. When a one night hook-up goes terribly wrong, Angel comes into contact with the breathtaking Maximus "Max" Strong.

Max is a firefighter for the Virginia Beach Fire Department. Max is beautiful, charming, and also very straight. One meeting with the mysteriously sexy Angel DeLucca and a whiff of that silky, jet black hair, Max finds himself questioning everything he's known to be true about himself. Max tries desperately to understand the new feelings he has for another man and turns to his gay, older brother...Ryker.

Ryker has always been Max's protector and his guide their entire lives, which has left him feeling uncared for and alone to handle his own life's problems. Ryker craves to be taken care of, he craves the attention and praise of a Master. No one knows the dark desires within him until Angel's Chief of Security, Sebastian "Bass" Bagatelli, shatters that secret with their first intense encounter.

Contains mature themes.

Angel stood motionless enjoying their contact, still in a protective stance in front of Max, when he felt that hot breath wonderfully caress his ear again. Max pressed his mouth firmer against his ear this time, making him unconsciously tilt his head to give Max a little more access. Angel felt the curve of Max’s smile against the side of his neck, and…wait! Holy shit. This can’t be this easy. Angel unmistakably felt Max’s erection pressed delectably against his ass.

“Well, are you going to grab him or should I?” Max’s deep voice penetrated his erotic haze. Angel looked up and noticed the fallen robber searching for his firearm under the booth.

“I got him,” Angel growled. He took quick, determined steps toward the man, kicking bar chairs out of his way and grabbing the man with both hands by the collar, slinging him into the nearest booth. The man went flying into the seat like he weighed twenty pounds and Angel never even broke a sweat. “Be quiet and stay there if you value your life,” Angel said calmly, pinning the man to the wall with a fire hot gaze that said I’m fucking serious.

Angel spun around, his braid swinging over his left shoulder as he heard Max tell the bartender to calm himself down and dial 911, everything was over now. Some of the bar patrons were rising from their hideouts and applauding them.

Max turned back toward him and they locked eyes, feeling that click again. Max came to stand in front of him. His firm chest was outlined through his tight Seventeenth Street Surf Shop threadbare T-shirt. Max wasn’t overly muscular and he had a little less definition in his mid-section, but he was still extremely handsome. Angel dropped his gaze and watched Max’s slow hand inch toward him. Max stroked Angel’s braid as gently as a newborn baby’s face before carefully moving it back over Angel’s shoulder.

“I guess we make a pretty good team…Maximus.” Angel rolled that name off his tongue the way he knew Max liked it.

Angel watched the man shiver.

“That remains to be seen.” He winked at Angel.

Blog Tour: Screwed by KM Neuhold

Title: Screwed
Author: KM Neuhold
Series: Four Bears Construction #4
Genre: M/M Romance
Release Date: September 2, 2020

Summary:
I’ve had my fair share of less than proud relationship moments, but waking up married to my brother-in-law’s best friend is a new low.

A drunken wedding to a man who already rejected me once? Check. A hefty bet about how long it will last? Check. My feisty new husband, determined to make our friends pay up? Double check.

I’ve never managed to make a real relationship last nearly a year, there’s no way Daniel will stick around long enough to win this bet. The only problem is the longer he stays, the more the lines blur between what’s real and what’s for show. Does he feel it too, or am I totally screwed?

***Screwed is a woke up married, faking it to their friends but also totally hooking up, sweet, STEAMY love story that happens to be the fourth book in the Four Bears Construction series. There are no bear shifters in this series, only the OTHER kind of bears.

“What am I going to do?” he asks once he finishes drying his face. I take a second to look at his face, being careful not to touch it in case it is something contagious.

“Have you eaten anything weird? Or rubbed a plant all over your face? Oh my god, do you think you could’ve developed an allergy to Cole’s spunk?” I ask, horrified. Ren’s eyes go wide with terror that matches my own.

“Is that a thing?”

“How the hell should I know? I’m a paralegal, not a doctor. I’ve had sex with a handful of doctors, but I don’t think that’s going to help us here.”

“For the love of god, please focus. I look like I walked into a beehive,” he complains, looking at himself in the mirror helplessly.

“First, try to calm down, because you might have hives from stress,” I tell him. “Let’s go lay down and try to relax for a minute.”

“Are stress hives a thing?” he asks, following me out of the bathroom and into the sitting area of the suite. I guide him over to the couch where he flops down and starts fanning his face.

“Again, not a doctor,” I remind him, and when I see the panic rising on his face all over again, I rush to reassure him. “But Ollie’s on a mission to find some Claritin and cream, we can try.”

“Okay.” He takes a few deep breaths, but that doesn’t seem to do anything for the rash, not that I really expected it would.

“So, are you nervous about your wedding night? Being the blushing virgin you are and everything,” I tease. Ren swats me but smiles.

“We couldn’t have picked a better place for the wedding. Have you gone down to the beach yet? It’s amazing.”

“Not yet. Yesterday, Ollie and I were busy with the parents getting all the last minute things squared away for today. I’m glad we had the foresight to stay for a week after the wedding, because otherwise there wouldn’t have been much time to enjoy everything.”

“I want to go snorkeling,” he says.

“Not until your face won’t scare the poor sea turtles.”

“Oh my god, I hate you,” he complains.

The door to the room creaks, and Ollie cautiously pops his head in. “I come bearing Claritin.”

“Give.” Ren greedily reaches for it, tearing the package open and downing two of them.

“Ouch, that doesn’t look great,” Ollie says, eyeing Ren’s face with concern.

“Jeez, way to make the poor guy feel better,” I joke.

“I didn’t mean—” he rushes to soften the statement but Ren cuts him off.

“I know, I look like shit,” he says. “And I’m seriously going to need one of you to look up whether an allergy to cum is a thing because I’m going to freak out if that’s what made me look this way.”

Ollie’s eyebrows shoot up, and I snicker as I type it into Google.

“Oh shit, it’s totally a real thing. Sorry, dude.”

Author Bio:
Author K.M.Neuhold is a complete romance junkie, a total sap in every way. She started her journey as an author in new adult, MF romance, but after a chance reading of an MM book she was completely hooked on everything about lovely- and sometimes damaged- men finding their Happily Ever After together. She has a strong passion for writing characters with a lot of heart and soul, and a bit of humor as well. And she fully admits that her OCD tendencies of making sure every side character has a full backstory will likely always lead to every book having a spin-off or series. When she's not writing she's a lion tamer, an astronaut, and a superhero...just kidding, she's likely watching Netflix and snuggling with her husky while her amazing husband brings her coffee.

Blog Tour: Wood by AE Via

Title: Wood
Author: AE Via
Series: True Lover's Story #2
Genre: M/M Romance
Release Date: August 8, 2020

Summary:
It’s been a long seventeen years but Herschel Wood Jr. is finally a free man and he’s looking forward to reconnecting with his old cellmate, Bishop Stockley, who promised him a place to stay and some help getting back on his feet. Wood had a good life once upon time when he’d owned one of the most successful tattoo shops on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront – until a fatal accident that was his fault cost him everything.

Now at forty-six years old, all Wood wants is to work in another shop on the beach and find a mature, easygoing man to settle down with. But when he gets to his new place and finds he has to share the small trailer with Bishop’s childhood friend, he wasn’t expecting a sexy, smart-mouthed brat that enjoys pushing a man to his limits.

Wood pressed in tight until there was only misunderstanding between them, his mouth mere inches from Trent’s parted lips. “You wanted to get a reaction out of me you annoying, immature little shit… now you’ve got one.”

Trent Armstrong has never been considered a catch. He’s a twenty-nine year old laborer, an ex-con, and not the easiest person to get along with. He’s used to being the one people cast to the side when they're done with him. Everyone he’s ever cared about has walked out of his life without a backward glance, so he’s used to the loneliness. His foul mouth and quick temper are a great defense mechanism and an easy way to hide his hurt.

From the moment the tattooed, silver-haired man walked into the house there had been nothing but tension, side-eyeing, and sparks between them. Trent has always held back a side of himself that he’s terrified to e huxplore, and without warning Wood’s voice, his maturity, that maddening scent, and even his damaged past all trigger feelings that Trent thought he’d buried deep long ago.

Trent went completely still when Wood dragged his nose over his forehead and down the side of his face. His voice was shaky, and his breaths were hot and swift along Wood’s throat. “What the hell are you doing?”

“I’m doing what you want me to do.” Wood whispered. “I’m playing your bullshit game, Trent.”

The True Lover's Stories are connected standalones. Each title features a different couple but will contain previously mentioned characters.

No multiple pairings. No cliffhanger. Ends with a HEA.

Note: This is a steaming angsty, age gap, new-to-love romance.

“Are you fucking crazy?”Trent hissed through clenched teeth, but the nerve he’d had behind his earlier words were gone, now replaced with caution…and lust.

“I asked you politely not to call me that. Now, I’m telling you. Don’t. Do it. My name is Herschel Wood, Jr. No middle name. You can call me Herschel, or Wood, that’s it. I would’ve told you that if you’d bothered to ask.” Wood fumed. He had his forearm across Trent’s chest, pushing his back into the closet door at the end of the dark hallway. He couldn’t believe what he was doing, but how dare Trent drive him to the edge like this? Wood pressed in so tight until there was only air and misunderstanding between them, his mouth mere inches from Trent’s parted lips. “You wanted to get a reaction out of me, you annoying, immature little shit…now you’ve got one.”

Trent’s eyes blazed as he tried to shove off the door, but Wood held him in check with his mass. “Fuck you.”Trent grunted, his hot gaze lasered on Wood’s lips.

Wood gave him a smirk and enjoyed as Trent squirmed even more against him. “You think I don’t know the game you’re playing? Maybe no one else does—even though I taught Bishop better—but I can see right through your transparent ass, Trent. So damn clearly.”

Trent’s masked desires were obvious—Wood had seen it the moment he’d laid eyes on him. He knew he hadn’t been wrong. But he’d wanted to leave Trent off-limits. Bishop just wanted them to be friends, but Wood was afraid he was finally going to have to tell his buddy that it wasn’t going to happen. The four of them wouldn’t be hanging out together all the time. There was too much screwed-up shit going on with Trent, and Wood deserved some peaceful days. He didn’t have the patience to put up with crap from hesitant men anymore. He had no doubt that Trent was pushing his buttons…because he wanted Wood to push his in return.

“Wood,” Trent snarled, as he clutched tightly to his shoulders with both hands.

Wood’s answer was another cunning smile. Did Trent even realize that he wasn’t pushing Wood away, he was holding him close? Wood wouldn’t point that out just yet. If Trent wanted to have some fun with him, then fine. He’d entertain himself until it was time for him to leave. He should’ve known this setup was too good to be true. What Trent pulled on him was exactly the kind of typical mess Wood was used to. People judging and condemning him for no reason.

Trent went completely still when Wood dragged his nose over his forehead and down the side of his face. His voice was shaky, and his breaths were hot and swift along Wood’s throat. “The fuck are you doing?”

“I’m doing what you want me to do.” Wood clenched his teeth. “I’m playing your bullshit game, Trent.”

“I’m not playing anything,”he breathed.

“Oh yeah you are.” Wood released Trent suddenly, but he didn’t pull away. He leaned in until his mouth was against Trent’s ear. “But I’m about to show you I’m much better at this game than you are.” Wood slowly eased away, then cocked his head to the side, motioning to Trent’s punishing grip he still had on his shoulders. “Now let me go.”
